What is the processing time for my order?

Each order is custom made.  We do not have pre-made items in stock nor do we always have all of the necessary supplies to create your gift.  The processing time could be 1-4 weeks, depending on the project.  Processing will not begin until payment is confirmed.  For an estimate of processing time, please contact us.

 

What shipping methods are offered?

We ship anywhere in the United States using U.S. Priority Mail or First Class Mail.  Delivery is generally 2-10 business days once shipped.  Tracking may be available.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is calculated based on associated costs, including packaging, handling, location, postage, and other expenses.  Our current shipping is a flat fee of $8 per order.

 

Do you offer a RUSH option?

If you need your order sooner than the standard processing time, please contact us to see if a Rush Order is an option.  There may be additional fees applied to Rush Orders.  Rush Orders are not guaranteed, as it will depend on our availability.

 

What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  There are no returns allowed due to each order being customized personally for you.  Please be sure to read the entire description of the product and ask any questions prior to ordering.  If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us.

 

What if my item is defective or damaged?

Please contact me immediately, if your product is unsatisfactory.  Please include photos of the item and describe the issue in detail.

 

What type of payments are accepted?

All payments are processed through PayPal using a credit/debit card.

 

Can you create custom orders that are not featured in your shop?

YES!!  We would love to work with you to create your completely customized item.

 

Can I send my order as a gift?

If you would like to send your item as a gift, please indicate this in the ‘Additional Information’ field during checkout.  You may also include any notes to be included with the gift, such as who to address the gift to, who the gift is from, and any special message.  The gift may include a gift tag/note, but it will not be gift wrapped prior to packaging for shipping.

 

Are Gift Cards available for purchase?

Gift Cards are available in various denominations in our shop.  You have the option to choose to receive a free e-gift card to be emailed to the desired recipient or to have a gift card mailed via USPS for an additional fee.

 

How do I redeem a Gift Card?

The instructions for redemption are on your gift card.  If you need further assistance, please contact us.
